Sigma Chapter Plans Memorial Garden to Honor Chase Gage - Raising $10,000

Our Sigma Chapter undergraduate brothers are trying to raise $10,000 to build a memorial garden on the chapter house lawn at 20 West Ferncliff Place to honor the late Chase Gage, who tragically died in a car accident in May 2015.  The project was tentatively approved by the Sig Fiji Alumni Association Board of Trustees on January 30, 2016.

A tree was planted on the property last spring after Chase's death, and the Delta Gamma sorority donated a granite marker last fall to honor Chase:

Tonight, on February 17, 2016, the chapter held a fundraiser on campus to raise additional funds:

Sigma Chapter has created a GoFundMe page to raise the necessary funds.  As of tonight, $5,000 has been raised. Please help if you can - the goal is to have the memorial garden completed by the Pig Dinner on April 16th or the first anniversary of Chase's passing on May 14, 2016.  Even if you cannot donate right now, please take a moment to click through the link below to read the touching and passionate tribute to Chase written by Sigma's Recording Secretary, and Chase's best friend, Kip Olson '17.  Here's the link:
